Each franchise can send it personnel to "HMT - Hotel Management Training" seminaries dictated by
DAYS INN
special instructors in our New Jersey (USA) qualification Center or to our next DAYS INN
center that is being developing in the area. The seminaries represent a strong item to the personnel
and to the hotel itself. They offers a quick introduction to the DAYS INN SYSTEM and allows the managers to get
the maximun benefits from all the information and functions in the SYSTEM. We are also constantly giving
information to keep the staff updated through diferent media in order to reach them our knowledge, procedures and
information.
