Our intention is to approach the DAYS INN system to hotels in actual operation and to hotel developments in construction that already have or can reach our minimun quality standards.

Sorprise inspection and regular checking is made with the objective of prevent or correct any error of management or deflection of our standards. We also check the level of the personnel in order to improve it.



Seminaries and Trainning

Each franchise can send it personnel to "HMT - Hotel Management Training" seminaries dictated by DAYS INN special instructors in our New Jersey (USA) qualification Center or to our next DAYS INN center that is being developing in the area. The seminaries represent a strong item to the personnel and to the hotel itself. They offers a quick introduction to the DAYS INN SYSTEM and allows the managers to get the maximun benefits from all the information and functions in the SYSTEM. We are also constantly giving information to keep the staff updated through diferent media in order to reach them our knowledge, procedures and information.





Guest and franchised prices.

DAYS INN "suggest" the same price politic that has taken it to be the most succesfull hotel company in the world in their category: Let the franchised to stablish the best quality-price relation. In it´s roll of Franchiser, DAYS INN constantly checks the situation of the local hotel market suggesting the price modifications that thinks properly in order to improve the economic and comercial performance of each hotel franchised by the company. It also propose promotion campigns and, contacts the franchised hotels with big corporations and other local and international turistics operators.
